Very good coverage and easy to follow instructions. Unlike my teen children, I do not find it obvious how to use the thousands of features on this phone. Yes, I could figure out the basics re: how to make calls, text, and answer my email, but there's a lot of cool things this phone does that are not intuitive to the over-30 crowd. I liken it to not knowing all the features / tricks of microsoft office products (which interestingly my kids ask me about when they get stuck !) I am enjoying customizing the phone features and using more than just the basic capabilities. I find the book is also well organized for finding directions when there is something I want to do with the phone, but don't know the commands for.

I just got my first IPhone and decided to buy Brad's book. Although I typically do not like to learn by reading a manual, his is written in very easy to understand instructions. I am learning a lot from it.
